Self-realization is asymptotic. Not binary. Dharma is the ultimate analog journey. You get closer and closer and closer, but never reach “it.” The distance can always be further halved. But you do and can keep getting closer and ratcheting in gains. Do you ever reach it, though? Yes, of course: that is the other shore, the place from which no identity returns.
