Life is very easy

Life is very easy. Simply follow the Noble Ninefold Path, as follows.

  1. Breathe in and out. Do not stop breathing. Avoid places where the air seems foul to the eyes or nose. You'll know.
  2. When you feel thirst, drink, preferably unmurky water with the least smell and taste possible. You'll figure this out.
  3. When you feel hunger, eat food, but avoid anything that makes you feel sick afterwards. You'll learn.

  4. When you feel pressure in your bladder, relieve yourself, preferably in a private place to avoid possible stressful conflict with others. Be mindful of others; follow local custom. If you don't know, you'll learn.
  5. When you feel pressure in your abdomen, relieve yourself, preferably in a private area to avoid probable stressful conflict with others. Just always find a private spot, and, if you happen to be outside, never reach for poison oak or ivy afterwards. You'll learn.

  6. When you feel sleepy, sleep, preferably with moderation and not in the middle of an activity. You'll know or someone will tell you.

  7. Move sometimes.

  8. Sit sometimes.
  9. Think sometimes. You'll know.

There are also optional activities that some think vital, but they are not, strictly speaking, necessary for an easy life; in fact, it is often felt that some of them actually make for a less easy life. All of this is up to your discretion and good sense.
